1. Collar (neck)

Place the tape and measure around your neck. (Place a finger between the measuring tape and neck).

2. Chest

Place the tape and measure around the widest part of the chest – this is usually just below the shoulders.

3. Stomach

Measure the circumference of your stomach to the navel height.  You should stand erect. Tip: choose the fullest part of your abdomen.

4. Bicep

Measure either of your right or the left upper arm at the widest point.

Tip: Ensure you’re in a relaxed State.

5. Shoulder

Measure from shoulder to shoulder. Make sure that both ends are at same level.

Tip: A good landmark is the “outer edge” of the shoulder bone.

6. Sleeve

Place the tape & measure at the exact spot to which you measured in Step. 5. Measure up to the wrist.

Tip: To order a short-sleeved shirt, measure up to the point where the sleeves should end

7. Length

To determine the total length of your shirt, measure from the top of your shoulders next to the neck to the end of your buttocks.

8. Wrist

Place the tape measure to measure around the widest part of the wrist and add 1 cm.
